Accommodation Information

Accommodation fees will be subject to %10 VAT.
Services included in accommodation fees are;

• 2 Nights ( 6th October – 8th October ) BB accommodation
• Coffee Breaks & Lunches mentioned in the programme
• Opening Ceremony & Welcome Buffet

Late fees will apply for the registrations after 31st August, 2023.
Accommodations will only be confirmed and confirmations will only be sent regarding to the full payment.

Payment Information

Payment via Credit Card Please ask for the credit card authorization form for credit card payments. The 3% commission will be added on the payments via credit cards. Payment via Bank Transfer Please indicate the meeting name and your name on the receipt of the payment, and send us the payment receipt.
